PingBeacon checks the endpoints you configure on a schedule and sends you a push notification when their state changes. It is a best-effort monitoring tool, not a guarantee: alerts depend on your device, your network, and the push services operated by Apple and Google, none of which we control.
Only endpoints you own or are authorised to monitor. You may not use PingBeacon to overload, probe, stress-test or attack systems belonging to anyone else, or to circumvent any access control. We may suspend an account that does.
The free tier includes a fixed number of monitors, a minimum check interval and advertising. Pro removes the ads and raises those limits; the current numbers are always shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled or refunded through those stores — not by us. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
We aim to keep PingBeacon running continuously, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost revenue or damage resulting from an outage we failed to detect or notify you about. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using PingBeacon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
